On any listing page, you can ask the operator a question before you book. Ask about the itinerary, what to pack, fitness requirements, dietary needs, group sizes, or anything else. Your question appears publicly on the listing so other travelers with the same concern can see the answer. The operator can also follow up with you privately through Kipgo's built-in messaging if needed.

After you book, the conversation continues in the same place. Coordinate logistics, share documents, request adjustments. File sharing is built in. Everything stays in one thread, tied to your booking.

Payments That Make Sense

Every payment on Kipgo goes through Cybersource, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Every transaction requires 3D Secure verification from your bank. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. If you save a card for future bookings, it's stored as a token, meaning no one, including us, has access to the actual card number.

For tours and treks that support it, you don't have to pay the full amount upfront. Pay a deposit to confirm your booking, and the rest closer to your trip date. The exact schedule, with amounts and due dates, is shown at checkout before you pay.

No bank transfers. No screenshots of payment receipts. No chasing operators for confirmation. You pay, and it's done.

Clear Cancellation Policies

Plans change. We get it. Every listing on Kipgo has its cancellation policy displayed upfront, and the policy that applies to your booking is the one that was in place when you booked, not whatever changes later.

For tours and treks, operators set their own tiered cancellation policies. The further in advance you cancel, the higher your refund percentage. You can see the exact tiers on each listing page before you book.

For stays, vehicles, activities, and experiences, Kipgo sets a standard cancellation deadline. Cancel before the deadline and you receive a full refund. The deadline is displayed on each listing.

Operators You Can Trust

Every operator on Kipgo goes through a verification process before their listings go live. We review business credentials, documentation, and service quality. Listings are reviewed individually before they're published.

Reviews on Kipgo come only from travelers who actually completed a booking. Every review is tied to a real transaction. You're reading feedback from people who went on the trip, not anonymous internet comments.

Your Booking Is a Record

When you book on Kipgo, we capture a snapshot of the listing at that moment: the itinerary, inclusions, pricing, photos, and cancellation policy. If the operator updates their listing later, your booking reflects what you agreed to, not what changed after.

You also receive a detailed PDF with your complete booking information: dates, itinerary, supplier contact details, and payment summary. Present it at check-in, forward it to a travel companion, or keep it for your records.

If a dispute arises, Kipgo's support team reviews the original booking details and works with both sides to resolve it fairly.

What You See Is What You Pay

Every listing shows the full price breakdown: base cost per person, add-ons, and the total. No fees added at checkout. No "service charges" that appear at the last step. The price on the listing page is the price you pay.

Prices are displayed in your preferred currency with live exchange rates updated regularly. Whether you're browsing from London, Dubai, or Lahore, you see prices in the currency you're used to.
