Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Islamabad

Arrive in Pakistan's capital city; meet the team and complete trek briefings on the whole trip. Visit to some nearby attractions in Islamabad.

Day 2Islamabad to Skardu/Drive to Chilas

Fly to Skardu (or drive to Chilas via Karakoram Highway if weather restricts flights); enjoy views of majestic peaks.

Day 3Free day in Skardu

A free day for the preparation of the next days. A short visit to Skardu Bazaar and nearby places.

Day 4Skardu to Askole

5-6 Hour Drive to Askole, the last village before the wilderness, along rugged mountain roads.

Day 5Trek from Askole to Jhula

Begin trekking along the Braldu River to Jhula campsite, surrounded by dramatic landscapes.

Day 6Jhula to Paiju

Continue trekking, with mesmerizing views of rock spires and peaks like Trango Towers.

Day 7Rest Day at Paiju

Acclimatize and prepare for the challenging terrain ahead, with glacier views nearby.

Day 8Paiju to Khoburtse

Trek onto the Baltoro Glacier, passing breathtaking granite peaks and icy expanses.

Day 9Khoburtse to Urdukas

Continue along the glacier with panoramic views of Masherbrum and surrounding peaks.

Day 10Urdukas to Goro II
