Upon arrival in Skardu, our driver will warmly welcome you at the airport and transfer you for a sightseeing excursion. Begin your journey with a visit to the renowned Shangrila Lake (Lower Kachura Lake), often referred to as “Heaven on Earth,” followed by Upper Kachura Lake, famous for its crystal-clear waters and breathtaking mountain scenery that attract visitors from around the world. Enjoy boating and sightseeing while taking in the serene natural surroundings. Continue the excursion with a visit to the picturesque Soak Valley, known for its peaceful landscapes and scenic beauty. Afterwards, return to the hotel for check-in and relaxation. Overnight stay in Skardu.
After breakfast, depart for an excursion to the magnificent Manthoka Waterfall, one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the region. Spend some time enjoying the refreshing surroundings and scenic beauty before continuing toward the charming Shigar Valley. En route, stop at the unique Cold Desert (Sarfaranga Desert) for photography and optional adventure activities such as quad biking and paragliding. Upon arrival in Shigar, explore the historic Old Town of Shigar and visit the iconic Shigar Fort, a beautifully restored 17th-century fort. Enjoy leisure time in the peaceful gardens of the fort, surrounded by stunning mountain views. Later, visit the historic Amburiq Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the region and an important cultural landmark. Afterwards, return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Shigar / Skardu.
After breakfast, depart for an excursion to the scenic Basho Valley, a hidden gem known for its crystal-clear streams, lush meadows, and charming villages surrounded by towering mountains. Spend the day exploring Basho Meadows, enjoying nature walks, photography, and the serene alpine landscape. Later, return to Skardu. Overnight stay in Skardu.
After breakfast, depart for a visit to Chunda Valley, a scenic viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Skardu Valley and its surrounding landscapes. Take time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and experience the charm of the local culture and natural beauty. Later, enjoy a short and easy hike (approximately 45 minutes) to explore the historic Kharpocho Fort, also known as the King’s Fort, along with a visit to the nearby Organic Village, known for its traditional lifestyle and local produce. Overnight stay in Skardu.
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a scenic drive to Hunza Valley (approximately 5–6 hours), enjoying the breathtaking landscapes along the Karakoram Highway. Upon arrival, visit the historic Altit Fort, one of the oldest forts in the region, along with Altit Village and the beautiful Royal Garden, once the residence of the hereditary rulers of the Hunza State. Later, drive to Eagle’s Nest Viewpoint to witness a spectacular sunset and enjoy a breathtaking bird’s-eye view of Hunza Valley and the surrounding peaks. In the evening, explore Karimabad Local Market for shopping and cultural experiences. Overnight stay in Hunza.
After breakfast, depart for a full-day sightseeing excursion to Khunjerab Pass, the highest paved international border crossing in the world. Travel along the scenic Karakoram Highway, visiting some of the region’s most iconic landmarks including Attabad Lake, the thrilling Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Gulmit Village, the striking Passu Cones, Passu Glacier, and Sost, the last town before the border. Continue onward to Khunjerab Pass, where you can admire the breathtaking high-altitude landscapes of the Khunjerab National Park. After the visit, drive back towards Attabad Lake and enjoy leisure time by the turquoise waters, with opportunities for relaxation and photography. Overnight stay in Hunza.
After breakfast, visit the historic Baltit Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage tentative site, offering insights into Hunza’s rich history and stunning mountain views. Continue to Hoper Valley and the Hoper Glacier, passing through scenic villages and enjoying breathtaking landscapes perfect for sightseeing and photography. Drive back to Skardu for overnight stay
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for airport transfer in accordance with your flight schedule. Board your flight to Islamabad, concluding your memorable journey through the breathtaking landscapes of Skardu and northern Pakistan. End of services.
