What's Included
Itinerary
Travel to Islamabad by bus or train overnight. Members who chose the flight option depart the next day. Islamabad members join directly on Day 2.
Arrive in Islamabad or Rawalpindi by evening. Check in to hotel from 2:00 PM. Dinner served in room from 9:30 PM — Savour's Famous Chicken Pulao with Shami Kebabs, fresh salad, raita and cold drink. Overnight stay in Islamabad.
Depart at 6:00 AM for Keran. Breakfast on the way. Sightseeing stops at Kashmir Waterfall, Dhani Waterfall, Neelum-Jhelum Hydropower Plant and Chilhana LOC viewpoint. Prayer break on the way. Arrive in Keran by late evening and check in to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Early morning breakfast. Depart for Sharda. Visit Sharda Ruins, Sharda University and Sharda Bazaar. Spend leisure time by the Neelum River. Return to Keran hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast at hotel. Depart for Balakot. Visit Kutton Waterfall and Kundal Shahi Waterfall on the way. Arrive in Balakot and check in to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Early morning breakfast. Depart for Shogran. Visit Kewai Waterfall on the way. Transfer to 4x4 Willy Jeeps for the ascent to Shogran. Explore the meadows and the views over Kaghan Valley. Continue up to Siri Paye Meadows. Return to Balakot. Dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Khanpur Dam for water sports activities. Prayer break on the way. Arrive in Islamabad or Rawalpindi by evening. Tour ends for Islamabad members on arrival. Karachi members check in to hotel for overnight stay — dinner served.
Checkout by 12:00 PM. Travel to bus terminal or railway station via own conveyance. Travel back to Karachi. Note: breakfast on this day is not included.
Arrive back at home.

Islamabad: Index Hotel or Sazeen Hotel. Keran: Sukoon Ghar or equivalent. Balakot: Hotel Demanchi or equivalent. All or equivalent.
Breakfast and dinner are included daily, except breakfast on the last day for Karachi members. Lunch is not included. Breakfast is tea, paratha, omelette and chanay. Dinners rotate across three menus — Pakistani (karahi or qorma), Pakistani (biryani or pulao) and BBQ (tikka or boti).
Yes. The 4x4 Willy Jeep for the ascent from Kewai to Shogran is included. All other jeep or taxi hires during the trip are at your own expense.
No. Water sports activities at Khanpur Dam are not included and are paid separately on the day.
A minimum of 10 to 12 members is required to run the trip. If the trip is called off due to low registration, a full refund or transfer to the next trip date is offered.
What to know
- Foreign nationals are not permitted — Pakistani nationals and Overseas Pakistanis only
- Married couples requiring a twin room must provide a photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC
- Shogran Jeep charges are included but all other jeep or taxi hires are at your own expense
- At high altitudes, dizziness is common — elderly guests, parents with infants take precautions
- Expect weak or no mobile network in the Neelum Valley beyond Keran. Carry a power bank
- Members must report one hour before departure. Late arrivals may be left behind
- Ideal luggage weight is 10kg. Carry a separate daypack for daily excursions
- Departure details including hotel name and guide contact are shared on Friday after Jummah
- Minimum group size is 10 to 12 members. If trip is cancelled, full refund is given
- Foreign nationals — Pakistani nationals and Overseas Pakistanis only
- Travellers uncomfortable with a 7-hour drive on Day 3 to Keran
- Those requiring private rooms without Nikkah Nama or CNIC proof of relationship
- Travellers with mobility limitations — Shogran and Siri Paye involve uphill walking
