Itinerary
Depart Islamabad at 7:00 AM on the domestic flight to Gilgit, arriving at approximately 8:00 AM. Meet your guide at Gilgit Airport and drive directly to Hunza Valley. Tea stop at the Rakaposhi Viewpoint on the way. Arrive in Hunza, explore Karimabad Bazaar and enjoy free time to relax and take in the surroundings. Overnight stay in Hunza.
Breakfast at 8:00 AM. Guided tours of Altit Fort and Baltit Fort covering their history and cultural significance. Explore Karimabad Bazaar. Drive up to Duikar for a panoramic bird's-eye view over the entire Hunza Valley and surrounding snow-capped peaks. Continue to Attabad Lake for a boat ride across its vivid turquoise waters. Return to hotel. Overnight stay in Hunza.
Breakfast at 8:00 AM. Drive north along the Karakoram Highway. Stop at the Passu Glacier viewpoint. Continue with stops at Passu Cones, the Hussaini Suspension Bridge and through Khunjerab National Park. Arrive at Khunjerab Pass at 4,693m — the highest paved international border crossing in the world on the Pakistan-China border. Return drive to Gilgit in the evening. Overnight stay in Gilgit.
Breakfast at 8:00 AM. Checkout and transfer to Gilgit Airport. Domestic flight back to Islamabad. Arrive at Islamabad International Airport. Tour ends.

Gilgit flights are weather-dependent and cancellations are common. If the flight is cancelled, the operator will arrange an alternative road transfer. Please factor this into any onward travel plans from Islamabad.
